Installation of three (3) 65 kW gas-fired microturbines to supplement the existing district hot water, electric and steam services that feed this 330,000 square foot luxury hotel. The project just celebrated a full year’s operation and energy benefits.

Design of the HVAC system for a 100,000 square foot charter school renovation. Design incorporated the design of central DOAS (dedicated outside air systems) with a Variable Refrigerant Volume system for classroom heating and cooling.

Energy analysis incorporates the use of microturbines to generate hot water for the purposes of heating, domestic water heating and absorption cooling. In some cases, the microturbine electrical output addresses the entire capacity of the building.
